1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern use of non-trade-cement.com and enquiries submitted to M/S B ENTERPRISE. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Nature of the website

The website provides information and an enquiry channel for bulk/project cement sourcing and supply coordination. A website enquiry, phone call or callback request is not an accepted purchase order, invoice, stock reservation or guaranteed delivery commitment.

2A. No online checkout or payment collection

This website is an enquiry and quotation channel. It does not provide an online shopping cart, accept card/UPI payments through the website, or automatically create a binding cement order when a form is submitted.

3. Quotations and orders

Prices, product availability, taxes, freight, unloading, minimum quantity, payment terms and delivery estimates may vary. The terms applicable to an actual transaction will be those stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice, tax invoice, purchase order acknowledgement or other transaction document accepted by the parties.

4. Product and brand information

Any third-party brand name is used only for identification of a buyer’s preference or available product. M/S B ENTERPRISE does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or official affiliation with a manufacturer unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific transaction.

5. Product standards

Applicable cement supplied in India should comply with mandatory standards/certification requirements in force for that product. Buyers should review the product markings, invoice and supporting documents relevant to their order.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly committed in a written accepted order document. Transport availability, route restrictions, weather, plant/depot operations, regulatory events, force majeure and other factors outside reasonable control can affect dispatch or delivery.

7. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, quantity and project-location information and ensure that the receiving site can lawfully and safely accept the delivery vehicle/product. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data through website forms.

8. Payments and refunds

Payment instructions, cancellation terms, return/refund eligibility and any advance requirements must be confirmed in the transaction documents for the particular order. Do not make payment solely on the basis of a public webpage claim.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website functional and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update content, features or these terms when reasonably required.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and transaction-specific commitments, M/S B ENTERPRISE is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated indicative website information or events outside reasonable control.
